Event Cancellation Policy

Attention Homeowners & Guests

As Seven Lakes approaches a projected busy social season, it is important that a reminder of our cancellation policy be sent out.

This is to ensure that we are not turning other Homeowners away which results in an empty table when reservations fail to cancel or no show. 

This is listed in the front of your roster on page 47 under
"Party Reservations."

"There will be a cancellation fee of $15.00 (per person) added to your account if the reservation is not cancelled 24 hours in advance. No shows at scheduled events will be billed at the event price per person."

Please note: It is the Homeowners responsibility to inform their guests and their renters of this policy.
